'Choose potential over perfection' by Abbot Robert
Saturday 13th May at 11am
We can all think of people who believed in us even and especially when we did not believe in ourselves. Teachers, parents, friends, or chance acquaintances who saw a potential that we had not yet identified. These were the real ‘leaders’ in our lives. Leadership takes people on a journey where we are invited to look to our potential rather than our perfection and to walk the road of service and sacrifice instead of self-centred comfort. This is why Jesus is the greatest leader. This Home retreat hopes to ask the question How can I lead like Jesus?
