Join the Ampleforth Big Dig this summer to unearth the rich history beneath Ampleforth village.
Residents will dig archaeological 'test pits' across the village, including in the monastery.
A team of archaeologists will be on hand to assist, and a central Finds Tent with experts will process, identify and record your discoveries.
